In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to geccltd.mu, a trading name of GECC Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)  a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius, bearing Business Registration Number C07027544 and having its legal seat situate at PG83+QPW, A 10, Vacoas-Phoenix, Mauritius.

1. Definition

“third party service provider” means the, supplier, distributor or provider of any service that is available on our Portal.

“Portal” means any mobile applications or similar devices, channels or applications operated by or on behalf of geccltd.mu

“you” and “your” means the person who accesses and uses our Portal.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

If you access and use our Portal you agree to be bound by and act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and you are providing the Company with your consent for the processing of your personal information as defined in the Security & Privacy Policy. You must get permission from any other people whose details you propose to use in requesting a quote, before you provide us with any of their information. In submitting any other person’s details, you are confirming to us that you have their permission to do so, and that they understand how their information will be used.

By requesting for proposal, quote and/or estimate, you accept and acknowledge that GECC Ltd through its agents, employees, may call you on the phone number you provided, in order to ensure a proper quality control. You agree, understand and accept that such a process is necessary to ensure quality control and and support related purposes and are dealt with only in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. Inaccuracies of information and others.

GECC Ltd does not provide or make any warranties, undertakings or representations as to the completeness, accuracy or reliability, availability, performance or functionality of this Portal or any of its contents, despite having made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information in the Portal is accurate at the time of the inclusion. We neither accept nor assume any responsibility to you in relation to the contents of this Portal and we exclude all warranties, undertakings and representations (either express or implied) to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

13. Hold Harmless of GECC by User

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GECC Ltd and GECC Ltd’s affiliates, business partners, officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, action, suit, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees, costs of investigation and court costs) asserted by you or any third-party relating in any way to, or in respect of, your use of this Portal, or proposal, quote and/or estimates which you have received from the use of this Portal, and to which GECC Ltd is not privy, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
